About OMNIconnect
Why Choose OMNIconnect?
At OMNIconnect we’ve built our business on the needs of our customers.
Specialising in data centre, broadband internet and private network services, our long established and stable team of dedicated personnel are focused on providing quality, tailored solutions.
OMNIconnect Pty Ltd is a privately owned, licensed telecommunications carrier established in 1997. Operating from our Data Centre (OCDC) in Carrum Downs and 101 Collins Street Melbourne, OMNIconnect provides colocation, cloud and managed hosting services designed to work ‘hand in glove’ with our carrier-grade wireless and fibre network. In addition to this wholly owned infrastructure, OMNIconnect also leverages from wholesale carrier relationships, extending network reach while remaining a single point of contact for data centre, broadband internet and private network solutions.
As a team, OMNIconnect could best be described as a group of highly motivated, ‘hands on’ technical employees who love what we do. As a testament to our stability, OMNIconnect has one of the lowest staff turnover rates in the industry, with most employees having been employed at OMNIconnect for over 10 years.
As our customers will tell you, OMNIconnect is dedicated to providing service that is rarely found in the data centre and telecommunications industry.
5 Star customer satisfaction
As our Google Review rating shows, customers love our more personalised approach to support, something that is rare in the telecommunications and data centre industry.
Service level agreement
All our services are protected by our Service Level Availability Guarantee and some of the highest rebates in the industry.

Little did we know what OMNIconnect would become when we started building wireless networks in the late 90’s. Once the Australian government deregulated the Telecommunications industry, OMNIconnect quickly obtained a carrier license becoming Australia’s 10th telco.
Providing affordable ISDN alternatives led to meeting our customer needs to host their servers, which in turn led to building our own Data Centre in Carrum Downs (OCDC).
Today, we pride ourselves in having the team, infrastructure and history behind us to be able to provide our customers with quality, personalised, tailored Data Centre Services and Broadband Networks, no matter how big or small.
